We have a number of events planned for the coming year, the highlight of which is the senior instructors course on March 7th/8th 2025. We have invited a number of senior instructors from our sister club in Sligo as well as our chief instructor, Steve Bell.
Everyone is welcome to attend as it promises to be a feast of karate!
Accommodation in the area is limited so an early booking would be advised.
The course will be comprised of a 2 hour session on the Friday evening and 2x 2 hours sessions on Saturday with a lunch break.
Training times: Friday 19.30 to 21.00 and Saturday 10.30 to 12.30 / 13.30 to 15.30
Dinner and drinks will be in the local hotel, Caisleain Oir
