Swindon Black & Brown Belt Course

On Saturday 12th April we held a special Black & Brown belt session training under our chief instructor Sensei Steve Bell at the Swindon Dojo.

Training started with an easy warm up and stretch before going straight in to some practice with Pinan Shodan & Yondan. Looking at the basic form, and then worked on the bunkai.

The brown belts then looked at Kushanku, splitting off in to groups and working on understanding the bunkai while the black belts worked on Higashi Sho.

A big thank you to everyone who attended and also Sensei Bell for running the class.
